➜[ Ссылка ], Homax ceiling texture can actually be knocked down even though it is not specified on the spray can. You can leave it the way it is as an orange peel texture or you can spray a thick texture and knock it down with a mud knife after you let it dry for 2-5 minutes.

Hopefully in this video you get ideas and tips that can help you with your next ceiling or wall repair. Texturing your ceiling or wall is all about preparation and technique. You need to be patient and practice on a separate piece of cardboard. Your goal is to blend the repaired area with the existing ceiling texture. Once you have the ceiling texture matched then you can match the paint at Home Depot or a paint department. I highly recommend BEHR marquee paint for easy one to two coat painting complete coverage.

One thing that I did not cover that is very important is once you patch the repaired area with mud or all purpose joint compound then you need to make sure it is level with the ceiling by sanding it down or using a mud knife to shave off unwanted uneven areas.
