chili flakes - 1 tsp
cumin powder - 1 tsp
pepper powder - 1 tsp
ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp

flour - 1/4 cup
water - 1//4 cup+
salt to taste

breadcrumbs for coating
oil for deep fry
