*Today, we are preparing a delicious summer Сake with Blueberries and White Chocolate. It turns out very soft, moist, and tender. Each piece is filled with berries and drenched in melted chocolate. It's impossible to resist!*

_Cake Ingredients:_

Sugar 120 g
Butter 120 g
Eggs 2 pcs
A pinch of salt
Flour 120 g
Baking powder 1 tsp (5g)
White chocolate 85 g
Blueberries 150 g
Vanilla

_Streusel Ingredients:_

Flour 40 g
Sugar 30 g
Butter (cold) 30 g

🔹 *I used an 8” (20 cm) springform pan.*

❗️ *Use Room Temperature Ingredients.*

*Step 1.* Beat softened butter and sugar for about 5-7 minutes until light and fluffy. Then, add eggs and vanilla, and beat altogether until combined.

*Step 2.* Sift flour and baking powder into the mixture. Add a pinch of salt and stir. The mixture becomes smooth and shiny. Cut the white chocolate into small pieces, add them to the batter, and mix.

*Step 3.* Now, let’s make the streusel. Combine the flour and sugar, then add the cold butter in pieces. Rub with your hands until crumbs form.

❗️ Grease the springform pan with butter and sprinkle it with flour. Place parchment paper on the bottom, cutting it to fit the pan.

*Step 4.* Spread half of the batter evenly in the pan and layer half of the blueberries on top. Then, pour the remaining batter and sprinkle the rest of the blueberries and streusel on top.

*Step 5.* Bake in a preheated oven for 50-60 minutes at 340°F (170°C), checking for readiness with a wooden skewer or toothpick.

Remove from the pan and enjoy your delicious Cake with Blueberries, White Chocolate and Streusel!
