THE INGREDIENTS ARE:-

1. 2 cups of curd and 2 tbsp of sugar
2. Soked 200 gms urad dal for 5 to 6 hours and make a paste
3. 1/4 gms oil
4. 1 tsp chat masala
5. Garnishing carrot and coriander
6. Tamarind sweet and sour chutney
