Ingredients::

• Prawns 200grams
• salt 1tsp
• Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
• Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
• Butter 1 tsp , 1 tbsp
• Chopped Garlic 3Tbsp
• Soya Sauce 1 tsp
• Tomato Ketchup 1tsp
• Salt 1tsp
• Water 1/2 cup
• Red Chili Flakes 1 tsp
• Chopped Coriander Leaves

Cooking Methode:

Marinate prawns with salt and turmeric powder, In a heat pan add 1tsp butter fry prawns for 4-5 mins , remove and keep aside. Now in same pan add 1tbsp butter, add chopped garlic 3Tbsp, Fry until golden brown, now add 1tsp soya sauce , 1 tsp tomato ketchup sauté, add 1/2 cup of water boil and cook for 2-3 mins, add fried prawns, stir , cover for 3-4 mins , now add red chili flakes 1tsp , some chopped coriander leaves, cook some time and its ready. Now transfer into a plate , sprinkle some sesame seeds and serve.
