A review of how I would order another base Porsche 992 Carrera 2 sports car using the web configurator. Which options and colour I would add to a new base Porsche 992 C2 after daily driving the car for 1 year.
I have used the Porsche 992 web configurator to review how I would option a replacement entry level 992 C2 if I wanted to trade my car and keep for the long term. If I were to order another base Carrera 2 to replace mine there are some options that I missed and colour choices I would change on the 911 I would want to drive for the future. I would upgrade these options on a new Porsche sports car as they are not included.
Again I have still gone for the 992 C2 model which only comes as a PDK option and not a manual. I still prefer the PDK as a daily driver option as it is easier to live with in commuting traffic.
I previously made a video reviewing the Porsche 911 configurator where I chose Miami blue as a paint finish.
I have looked at all the Porsche 992 colours and narrowed it to 3 paint colours. Racing Yellow, Carmine Red & Gentian Blue Metallic.
In this review I have changed my wheel choice, paint finish and interior colour after living with the 992 as a daily driver.
