This superset, with some additional outer quad focus squats and stretching, is normally all I need in a session to totally exhaust my quads: the pump; the burn; the mind-muscle connection are all fantastic and progressive!

🎯1. ON THE WAY UP SQUEEZE…
the quads as hard as possible to explode up and continue squeezing at the top.
BOOTY FOCUS: Squeeze the glutes as hard as possible to explode up and continue squeezing at the top
🎯2. ON THE WAY DOWN SQUEEZE…
the hamstrings and glutes hard to pull the body right down. Don’t just fall down.
Go deep, really squeeze those hamstrings at the very bottom to lengthen the quad muscles.
🎯3. UPPER TORSO POSITIONING
QUADS: Lean forward
BOOTY: Remain upright
🎯4. TEMPO:
4 seconds down
0 rest at the bottom
1 second up
1 second hard as possible squeeze on the quads (or glutes to grow that booty)
