US President, Joe Biden, has made clear his plans for the US to re-join the Paris Agreement, while the EU has put policy initiatives to make Europe climate neutral by 2050 front and center with the European Green deal, while the world’s biggest emitter of greenhouse gases–China–has made bold commitments to lower its emissions.
