Physicians and surgeons from The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia discuss complications and outcomes of TGA repair. The most common complications include leakage in the new aortic valve, narrowing of the pulmonary artery, and in some adolescents with transposition of the great arteries, a narrowing of the coronary arteries.
