It's a fragment of an interview with an "Azov" Regiment soldier "Frost" -- one of those who defended Mariupol, held the "Azovstal", was ordered to surrender, and then survived the massacre in the Olenivka POW camp.
In this fragment "Frost" is recalling the radio games they played with the Russians in order to survive in Mariupol.
"Frost" is best known for making the notorious viral music video ([ Ссылка ] or [ Ссылка ]) for which he was condemned to death by the Russians. If you've seen on the news how the Russians were building steel cages in the court house for a mock-trial of the Azov Regiment soldiers, "Frost" was one of those who were supposed to be "tried" and executed there.
You can see the complete *Part 1* of the interview about the street battles in Mariupol here (I didn't do the subs for it, but the translation is adequate.) [ Ссылка ]
I translated the *Part 2* about the massacre in the Olenivka Prisoners of War camp here: [ Ссылка ]
