We will be using a glitch using the Heir Runes
Heir runes increase the amount of blood echos retrieved from a V.Attack kills

Steps:
1.Equip 3 Heir runes, go to Living Failures, back up your save before the boss fight.
2.Attempt the boss fight, get the boss health bar to somewhere around the letter 's'.
3.Perform 2 visceral attack back to back in a 5-6 sec window (this has to be done in a very short time) and the last visceral attack MUST kill the boss.
4.If done correctly you will get insane amount of blood echos (see the calculation and formula below).
5.Enjoy max level character!!!

Glitch:
The Heir rune multiply the blood echos retrieved from V.Attack, but for living failures boss it think like you killed all the 4 living failure in 1 visceral attack,
hence multiply the multiplier!.

Blood echos earned = (original amount) * (1.3 * 1.4 * 1.5)^222

Per NG to NG+6 max blood echos earned:
NG Cyle : original echos --- Glitched echos
NG : 22K ---- 67.9M
NG+1 : 85.6K ---- 264M
NG+2 : 94K ---- 290.7M
NG+3 : 107K ---- 330.4M
NG+4 : 128.5K ---- 396.5M
NG+5 : 171K ---- 528.6M
NG+6 : 214K ---- 660.8M

How to get all 3 Heir runes:
1. Tier 1 - 30% bonus - Encounter with Henryk and Eileen the Crow in Tomb of Oedon.
2. Tier 2 - A stronger version(~40%) of the Rune is found in Yahar'gul, The Unseen Village on a corpse near the second Chime Maiden.
3. Tier 3 - Pthumeru Ihyll Root Chalice (random chance) or use the glyph (srigzz9m) Layer - 1 Pre area bonus room.
