- beef 1 kg
- onion chopped 2
- ginger galric paste 1 tbs
- bread slices 4
- egg 1
- milk 1/2 cup
- salt 1 tbs
- red chili powder 1 tbs
- termuric 1/2 tsp
- whole spice powder 1 tbs
- poppy seeds powder 1 tbs
- ghee 2 tbs

🔷️ Ingredinets for kofta gravy
- ghee 1 cup
- cloves 5-6
- black cardamom 1-2
- green cardamom 3-4
- bey leaves 1
- cinamon 1 stick
- onion puree 1 cup
- tomato puree 1 cup
- ginger galric paste 1 tbs
- curd 1 cup
- salt as required
- red chili ppwder 1/2 tbs
- termuric 1/2 tsp
- coriander powder 1 tbs
- whole spice powder 1 tbs
- black peper 1 tsp or as required
- green chili 3
- fresh coriander leaves
- water as required
