Skippy the two headed gerbil becomes a three headed monstrosity after getting hit with a powerful potion of some sort. Now he's out of control, is holding Chicken and the red Rear Admiral captive and destroying Washington DC on a large and in charge rampage like no other.
Good thing we have Super Cow on the job to put a stop to the giant rampaging gerbil monster before there is nothing left of the city.
