We flew from Rome to Marrakech with Royal Air Maroc and had the worst experience! Not only did they lose our bags in transit, they lost EVERYONE'S bags from MULTIPLE flights over MANY days!! They misplaced our reservation, tried putting us in seats far away from each other, and purposefully refrained from telling us vital information before we checked our bags, which never made it to the final destination!! Watch until the end to find out what was happening in Casablanca to cause such a mess.
