If you have a new Hisense smart TV and a smartphone running iOS or android then you can use it as a remote control and this has many benefits including an onscreen keyboard which is great for login details e.g. netflix and also a mouse which makes using apps a lot easier. The app you need is called RemoteNOW, and can be found by searching that name or scanning the onscreen QR code via the TVs menu settings that I show in the video. Both your Hisense smart TV and smartphone need to be on the same wireless network and fully working first, then download the app and get started.
