Two French students who are living in America have gone viral - after recording themselves trying to pronounce some trickier English words.

Alexandre Durand and Tom Carles are 20-year-old French athletes currently based in Charleston, SC.

When not playing football, the two Europeans have tried to master the trickier aspects of the English language for the past two years.

Recording themselves tackling difficult words like Isthmus, Synecdoche and Worcestershire, while not understanding the pronunciation of draught and mischievous, the pairs' hilarious attempts have resulted in their videos going viral.
