This fast-track recipe for bolognese style meat sauce is bursting with Bengali-flavor and cooks in just 30 minutes!
# Spaghetti bolognese recipe #
1kg lamb mince meat
2 Tablespoons cooking oil
2 large onion finely chopped
6 garlic cloves finely chopped
½ ginger finely chopped
½ Bell Pepper chopped
1 Tablespoon salt
parsley chopped
5 green chilli
4 cardamom
2 bay leaves
2 cinnamon stick
2 Tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
1 Tablespoons dark soy sauce
2 Tablespoons tomato ketchup
1 jar tomato sauce
( ready-made bolognesesauce)
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the cooking oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic, ginger onions, cardamom, cinnamon, Bay leaves, parsley,chilli and bell pepper and sauté for 5 minutes or until lightly golden. Add ground meat,fry until cooked and no pink shows at all in the meat( about 10 minutes).
Add all spice and mix with the meat and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low medium, and cook for at least 20 minutes ( you can cook longer for a deeper flavour. )
In the meantime, cook the Spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and serve hot add cheese and sauce and enjoy.
