Today I smoked up some baby back ribs on the Weber Smokey Mountain 14.5", I did these 3-2-1 style because I was looking for fall off the bone goodness and boy did they not disappoint! I was looking for fall off the bone ribs for another cook I will be doing with these ribs! I used my @thegoodcharcoal Lump charcoal in this cook and it did awesome!
