Friends, here is a taste- tested using only four ingredients, amazingly simple , Gluten-free, Almond flour cake for you! This cake is so spongy, tasty and moist that you will not be able to keep your hands- off of it! What I like most about it is that it has a rather delicate sweetness and a beautiful aroma.
I used Orange zest, which can be replaced with lemon zest and or you can completely skip it. The cake would still taste so good, you'd wanna throw a party!! If you don't have Almond flour, you can easily make it with raw, blanched ( dipped in boiling water to take the skin off) almonds. Just make them into a fine powdered form using a food processor.
Here are the ingredients:
4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
11/2 cup blanched Almond flour
1 tbs orange zest/rind
