Easy Gelatin Dessert: Cathedral gelatin was made popular by one of the country's household bakeshop, Goldilocks. Come the holiday seasons and it was their most sought after item, setting their cakes aside for a minute. It then became present in gatherings and festivities. It's not only a visually stunning dessert but it just tugs to your heart and easily becomes a favourite. You really want to get your hands on one but they've run out of stock? Or you live away from home and you're just craving for one? Who knew it was actually quite easy to make? We'll walk you through how we made our own cathedral gelatin and we hope you have fun with it.

Recipe:
• 12 grams red unflavoured gelatin
• 300 ml water for the red gelatin
• 12 grams yellow unflavoured gelatin
• 300 ml water for the yellow gelatin
• 12 grams green unflavoured gelatin
• 300 ml water for the green gelatin
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar for each coloured gelatin
• 40 grams clear unflavoured gelatin
• 200 ml water for the clear unflavoured gelatin
• 300 ml single cream / all purpose cream
• 1 can (395 grams) condensed milk
