On this episode, I'm in New York City where I visit Chinatown in the borough of Manhattan. It's here, in the eastern edge of the neighborhood, that I find a hole-in-the-wall mom and pop shop. It cooks up an array of offerings each day, and customers pick from what's available. The choices are plentiful and borderline overwhelming. And, it's not typical restaurant items either. The food is very much like homecooking. Cantonese style. Matching the background of the owner.
