Ingredients:
Coconut Oil – As Required
Cumin Seeds – 1 Tbsp
Fenugreek Seeds – 1 Tbsp
Onion – 2 Large Pcs Cut In Half Rings
Garlic – 10 Cloves Split In Half
Dried Chili/Dried Gundu Mozhaga – 4-5 Pcs
Red Chili – 4 Pcs
Curry Leaves – 2-3 Stalks
Eggplant (Green Brinjal) – 2 Large Pcs Cut In Wedges
Potato – 2 Large Pcs Cut In Large Cubes
Tomato – 2 Large Pcs Cut In Wedges
Turmeric Powder – 1 Tbsp
Fish Curry Powder – 5 Tbsp
Chili Powder – 3 Tbsp
Water – Depend On The Amount Of Curry You Are Required Whether You Want A Thick Or Thin Watery Curry I’m Using 4-5 Cups Of Water Here.
Raw Tamarind Paste (Diluted) – 2 Tbsp That Has Been Diluted With Some Water
Dry Fish (KODUVA KADUVADHU) – ½ Kg You Can Use Any Dry Fish (Karuvadu) For This Curry
Coconut Milk – ½ Shell Meat Of Pressed Milk
Chickpeas (Pre-Boiled) – 1 Cup
Mini Eggplant(Optional) – 4-5 Pcs
Curry Leaves -2-3 Stalks
Salt – Add Accordingly
