It’s a salty, buttery shortbread crust, filled with a not-too-sweet vanilla pastry cream, and accented beautifully with the fruit of your choice. For me, it’s got to be red fruits of all shapes and sizes, but for Michael’s partner Chris, we’re doing his favorite: bananas.
