Our hip flexors give us a lot of trouble so we thought this week we would focus on them! They are a very important complex of muscles so we want to make sure they are in the best possible working order.
Sometimes our hip flexors need stretching and sometimes they need strengthening. Have a go at Suzy's tip below! She will show us how to assess our hip flexor strength and then has some exercises we can try.
