What Practice Amp Should I Buy? | Positive Grid Spark vs Yamaha THR
One of the most common questions I get from students who are buying an electric guitar is "What Amp Should I Buy?". So I thought I'd shoot a video on the ease of use, sounds, practicalities and applications of 2 of the market leaders in modern practice amps, the Positive Grid Spark and the Yamaha THR 10IIW. I will be using a single coil (Telecaster) and Humbucker (Gibson) with both amps and checking out clean, crunch and hi gain sounds - along with some of the effects available.
