Today we are making a simple cashew coffee creamer for those looking for a healthier alternative to store bought creamers. Sophie and Lexi were the perfect assistants as always!
Recipe:
1/2 cup cashews (soaked for 12 hours)
1 1/2 cup water
2 teaspoons maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
