Ingredients:
- an egg
- ¼tsp salt
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 110g cake flour
- 4g baking powder
- 80ml milk
- 60g sugar
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 1tsp pandan leaves extract
- ½tsp green color (food color)
• Paper cupcake liner’s size 3*7cm
• Aluminum cupcake liner’s size 4*8cm
*Note:
- Don’t open the lid in the middle of steaming process.
- I use a bamboo steamer because it absorbs perspiration well.
- If you use a regular lid, cover a towel or cotton cloth on the top of pot before cover the lid.
- If there is perspiration, our cupcake may not rise up well.
