Dr. Navia demonstrates a complicated surgery in a patient with aortic valve prosthetic valve endocarditis which involves the mitral valve in a patient that also has tricuspid valve disease. The valves are repaired after extensive debridement and removal of the infected tissue with an aortic valve homograft, mitral valve repair and tricuspid valve repair.
