In this video I putting you on to Manuka Honey which is a product that one should have in their cabinets. The benefits to manuka honey are endless and unbelievably amazing. This honey is like no other honey and also more active because it contains UMF, allowing this honey to offer healing preperties. Keep in mind that the higher the UMF rating such as 200+ the better the healing it will offer. Some of the health benefits include, anti-inflammatory, heals wounds, burns, sore throats, supports the digestive system, works as an energy booster and treats/prevents stomach ulcers and H.Pylori.
