We finally reached the point where we can lay down the stain. What we have discussed in the build of this house is the desire for an industrial farmhouse. Comfortable, easy to maintain, simple and attractive.
We love the look of an old worn warehouse floor. Over time they get a patina to them. Wear marks. Evidence of work. That inspired us to look for ways to incorporate that in a more modern style. We are hoping the acid stain gives us that combination.
