Another great upper body workout is the Fusion Cables Separation Pulls. This exercise will definitely blow up your back and build girth across your upper body. Attach the Fusion Cables to the middle mount. At the end of the resistance bands, thread the small tip through the big loop and then pull out the small tip for the Separation Pulls. Attach 2 handles to the small loop and position yourself off the wall. You're going to pull the handles apart and split your hands during the entire motion, feeling the burn in your shoulders. You should work to keep the maximum separation between the handles during the entire movement. Keep your elbows low and flat pulling the handles towards your chest. Complete 3 sets of 8 reps.
