Ingredients for the Chicken Bhuna
Oil
1 Tbsp Garlic & ginger paste
30g Green pepper
1 Green finger chilli
30g Onion
1 tsp Dried Methi
2 Tsp Al’s Mix Powder (or Mild Madras Curry Powder)
1/4 tsp Garam Masala
2 cardamom pods
1 Tbsp tomato paste
1 Large tomato quartered
1/4 Tsp Salt
Base Gravy
6 Cubes Chicken Tikka
1/4 tsp sugar (Optonal)
