Ingredients used:
Dough:
- 500g of all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp of sugar
- 2 tbsp of powdered milk
- ½ tsp of salt
- 1 eggs
- 100g of butter
- Nutmeg
- 1 tsp of baking powder
Frying:
- Vegetable oil
Filling:
- Green, yellow and red bell peppers
- Red onions
- Cooked beans
- ½ of a scotch bonnet pepper
