I've finally achieved S Ranks on all the main stages, including UX. This took 5+ years. I am almost finished with this on DS as well, where it takes longer. I first picked up Shuffle on DS in 2015. In summary, this game is extremely long if you want to complete everything. Tons of replay value.
To avoid having to waste coins figuring out how to S rank the tough UX stages a second time around on DS, what I did was record what items I used on each stage (the game itself recorded what team I used). Example:
