DIY Laundry Soap Recipe | Dr. Janine

In this video, Dr. Janine shares her DIY laundry soap recipe. She talks about some of the chemicals found in conventional laundry soap and some of the side effects they have on the body. Dr. Janine demonstrates how to make her DIY laundry soap and explains how to store it for future use.

DIY Laundry Soap Recipe
Ingredients
2 tbsp Liquid Castile Soap
2 tbsp Baking Soda
5-10 drops Lavender Essential Oil (or essential oil of choice) (optional)
Directions
In a 1 liter mason jar add all ingredients
Fill the balance of the jar with warm water and stir until the baking soda is dissolved
Use in a 1:1 ratio with liquid laundry detergent
