This video discusses the end of the Social Security cuts that were put in place due to the Social Security Amendments of 1983. These includes payment cuts when a recipient takes Social Security early, the stealth cuts that came in the form of raising the Full Retirement Age and the unequal Social Security benefit reduction in the early years versus the later years of the program. The last part of the video discusses the coming problem when the Social Security trust runs out of excess funds in 2033.
