I try to get out on St. Clair whenever I see some decent weather and wind. Being 2 hours away makes it difficult to fish there a ton. I found a couple decent spots on a previous trip that I went back out to initially, but the fish weren't there. I decided to drive further across the lake to a nice channel opening and found some good fish. All were caught on drop-shots. I even got a couple bonus Walleye, and my first largemouth on St. Clair. Just keep exploring until you find those fish.
