I meditated everyday for 30 days straight and here's what I noticed. When meditating, the goal is to focus on your breathing, and when your mind wonders off you need to bring your attention back to your breath. By doing this repetitively, you train yourself to not let your own thoughts control you but rather control your own thoughts. There are 3 prominent benefits I noticed after meditating for 30 days.
