This is a very small part of the program! But this program centralized on agility and getting to your top speed quicker on the ground, while working on strength and frequency, and so much more. We do lots of things like frequency work, high incline runs, resistance bands running, box jumps, and so much more! With the treadmill you’re forced to go 100%. On ground you’re able to slow yourself down even if you think you’re not slowing down. This training program is much more than the eye meets in this short video!
