California has begun to grant amnesty to people with marijuana convictions, expunging their criminal records since the state legalized pot in January, so should Canada follow suit? CBC News spoke to several people in California convicted of marijuana-related offences, who say they shouldn't have to deal with the consequences of a law that no longer exists.
