Here is my 3-step winged liner tutorial, suitable for most eye shapes, including those with hooded eyes that are not extremely heavy on the outer corner. I have included an optional 4th step, I call it optional as it's not one I reach for often but I am aware that some of you will rely on it while you are practising perfecting your winged liner. This is great for beginners creating eyeliner.
