Get ready to PUMP up your Chest, Shoulders and Triceps in this Push Workout using dumbbells only. This is a follow along push workout so all you need is a pair of dumbbells and a small space to workout.
For reference I'm using 25lbs (11kg) dumbbells for this entire workout. If you have more than one pair of dumbbells feel free to use different weights for different exercises, for example, heavier dumbbells for the pressing movements and lights for the tricep kickbacks etc...
We will be rotating through in this order, Chest, Shoulders, Triceps.
