Two weeks ago a client asked Packaids to apply Rippa Tape on their envelopes due to a previous zip-perf design failing in the post.

Packaids looked to outsource this but we were unable to find reasonable prices and a reactive turnaround.

Our client’s envelopes and the machinery both arrived on the same day and we were able to get up and running immediately with 82,000 envelopes run yesterday and continuing on today, the applicator has not missed a single beat – perfect.
