North Korea's leader vows to never give up nukes during a speech at the regime's rubber-stamp parliament.
It's members also passed a law that authorized Pyeongyang's military to execute nuclear strikes if attacked.

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un warned the global society that it would never abandon nuclear weapons.
The remark came during Thursday's speech at the regime's rubber-stamp parliament, the Supreme People's Assembly.
According to Korean Central News Agency on Friday, Kim accused the U.S of trying to weaken the North's defenses to collapse the government.
He ordered the regime to bolster nuclear weapon development to counter hostilities from the U.S.
He added that it could not be used as a negotiation strategy for denuclearization with the U.S.
During the assembly, the nuclear weapons policy became legally confirmed.
The members passed a law that authorized the North's military to execute nuclear strikes if the leadership comes under attack.
The regime has already declared itself a nuclear state in its constitution, but the new law expands the usage of nuclear weapons, including automatically deploying them to respond to an attack and stop an invasion.
The same day, Kim criticized the U.S. sanction, calling it a "misjudgment and miscalculation" which would have no effect even in a "hundred years."
