Joanne (Jo, Jojo) has been in a battle with Synovial Sarcoma Cancer for the past 3.5 years. Just before Christmas she began to feel numbness in her legs and within a matter of days she found herself reliant on a wheelchair. Since then she has had an MRI which has confirmed she has a cancerous tumour in her spinal cord but signs are positive that it can be removed this coming February.
Unfortunately she will not be able to ever walk again as she is now paralyzed from the belly button down.
Because of this unexpected life changing turn of events, she is seeking financial aid to make her home more accessible and give her daughter Olivia (3) a somewhat normal upbringing.
