In August of 2014,Yazidis, one of Iraq's oldest minorities, were forced to flee to Mount Sinjar in the Iraqi north western region or face slaughter, as ISIS jihadists hunted them down. Men and even little boys were either executed, or beaten, and forced to work. Women and little girls as young as nine were kidnapped, sold or sexually enslaved.
