As I mentioned previously, I have no firsthand knowledge or experience about how the child support contract with the state works, but a few friends said that they never signed the child support contract.
In the first case, the OAG FALSELY established a guy's paternity by a few sneaky child support withholdings that he knew nothing about. It was blatant paternity fraud.
In the second case, a guy's lawyer signed a document - he never did. Through much effort, he was able to get out of the child support contract.
In a third case - yet to be resolved - a guy has video footage of someone telling him that the judge signed the contract on his behalf.
In these and similar cases, I still believe that the opinion rendered in JC-0153 gives an individual an avenue to explore to get out of the child support contract with the state.
