This instructional video is aimed at Healthcare Professionals and describes the mid axial technique for injecting trigger digits.
Recommended dosage is 20mg of Kenalog or Depo-Medrone with / without Lidocaine.
I use a 2.5 ml leur lock syringe with a 1 inch (25mm) 25G orange needle.
Always perform a safety aspiration. The injection should flow freely.
Always use an aseptic non-touch technique.
