Tomato soup recipe ingredients:

◾ 500g fresh grated tomatoes, peeled and deseeded (4-5 tomatoes)
◾ 1 tsp Fresh basil, finely cut (or dried basil 1 pinch)
◾ 100g rice labeled for puddings and soups, washed and drained (1/3 cup).
◾ 1 clove of garlic, crushed
◾ 2 cups of water
◾ 20g Butter unsalted (1 Tbsp)
◾ 1 Tbsp cream cheese for every serving
◾ 1 pinch of Salt
◾ Freshly grounded Black pepper
