i’m definitely an advocate for breathwork but i’m also familiar with the anxiety that can come along with hyper focusing on the automatic functions of our body, like breathing, and our heartbeat. calming breathwork should be practiced when we’re not feeling anxious so that it’s grounded in peace rather than panic. then when we’re panicking we can use it to effectively bring us back down 🙏🏻
